This last weekend, I had the opportunity to clarify what it means for me to 'listen to my body'. Maybe you relate to hearing that phrase, but not really understanding what it feels like...Or, maybe you're like me and decipher certain feelings & bodily sensations as set truths (i.e. when I have a quick heart rate, it means I'm anxious and fearful...)

In either case, I hope sharing my experience brings to light a few moments where opportunities may present themselves in listening to your body, and specifically, your heart.
